Separate multiple exposure, raw therapee?

Hey everyone, question.

Recently I was taking some portraits, and decided to get a little wacky and do a few multi-exposures. They came out fun.

However! I forgot to take the switch back to regular mode, and a few minutes later when taking real photos again I was being too confident, and didn't look at my lcd to check basic things. Thus, didn't realize that I was still taking multis, which was wrong for this specific shot.

Does anyone know if there's a program (maybe raw therapee) or method to separate back out the shots?

They were taken on the K1, as DNG files...

I believe multiple exposure mode simply merges the pixel data of the two exposures into one, so there's no way to separate them directly.

Most probably Pentax Digital Camera Utility programme can do this for you (do not have K-1 to check).

I think Rawterapee isn't able to do that. I don't know for the latest version but there aren't tools for that in the older versions.
