I am not sure which one to get to get the Fastest write and read speed. Is it the SDHC card or UHS-1 Card. Will both work in the D? Thank you

I would go with the fastest UHS-II card you can get, like this one from Sony (Sony 32GB M Series UHS-II SDHC Memory Card (U3) SF-M32/T B&H) or something close/similiar to it.

The camera may not take full advantage of the read/write speeds, but it'll be great when offloading the images from the SD card onto a computer when using a USB 3.0 UHS-II memory card reader.

Write speed is the bottleneck for camera sd card memory. Too often people see the Read speed (which is basically irrelevant for us) and go by that. I just bought a couple of SDXC cards and the fastest consistent write speeds in the U3 category (those marked 95mb/s) were from SanDisk for their Extreme Pro series. Amazon had the best price at $24 and change but B&H was about $1 more. There are V60 & V90 cards that will run circles around them but most cameras can't access them at the speed needed to warrant $100 for the same gb size card.

Select Tested Write as the column and you will see that only V90 & UHS-II cards beat the Extreme Pro SDSDXXG series and the SanDisk Extreme Pros beat the next best (Lexar) by 25%+ in write speeds.

The 645Z maxes out at mid UHS-I speeds, so you'd get optimal performance with something that has a write speed of 45 Mb/s or faster. For better performance when the card is inserted into a faster device, you might want to opt for a UHS-II card, or one of the high-end UHS-I cards, such as this one:

I'd go for 128Gb cards since the 645 files are quire large:
