Pixel shift and Lightroom CC

It seems that Lightroom maybe processing Raw Pixelshift images with recent updates. In the past my raw pixel shift images on my K1 Mark II were read as 45 mb, but now the ones I shot yesterday read at just under 200mb. I processed them, moved them to photoshop made a few more adjustments and then saved them as psd files and they saved at almost 200mb. I plan on more testing, but was wondering if others have noticed this.

I was under the impression that camera raw supported pixel shift files for about two years now.

I don't believe that K-1 II Dynamic Pixel Shift files are supported by any converter apart from the Pentax software however.

Just checked with k-70 and indeed Lightroom does the job. I remember in the past I had to use first DCU than Photoshop.

Are you sure LR handles motion correction in pixel shift shots with movement in the frame?

It doesn't AFAIK. I get artifacts. But depending on how bad they are I can use cloning to get rid of them. I usually take a non PS shot when I do PS as well so I can use compositing in Ps if need be to mask out movement.
