A printer issue, or a processing issue...

So here's the question, will I get better printed image quality using the Photoshop sizing (say reducing it without interpolation to 80% of the original image) , or scaling in the printer?

ANSWER: after running several A3 sheets of paper through the printer with the same image scaled in both the printer and PS, it doesn't seem to matter. And there is no difference to the naked eye between 240 and 300dpi up to A3 size,FHPhotographer
