Need some help

I use Picasa 3 as a back up at times. When I restarted my laptop Picasa 3 was still there but the pictures only showed up when I went to a folder and clicked on it.All that was showing was what shows in the photo here.Usually my pics are there but now I have to do an extra step.--charliezap

chances are the software maintains its own cache and ignores what's in the directory unless and until you pick something to edit or clear and refresh the cache. my guess is that there's an option for doing that somewhere in the menu system.
