Clicked on "Buy" for PureRaw last evening, then decided to wait a few to see if they run a sale on it. I have DxO's Elite bundle along with Film package, and adding a $130 addition to it wouldn't be my initial choice.

If I see it correctly, "PureRAW" is just the Photolab functionality as a plugin for Lightroom (and Photoshop)? I don't use those, I use Photolab natively, so I'm not the target audience for PureRAW.

If you already have DxO PhotoLab 4, PureRAW is unnecessary; it is a subset of PhotoLab 4.

As of yesterday October 14th DXO show that PureRaw does not yet support the K-3 Mk III.

I don't look for PhotoLab 4 to get K-3 Mk III support. Instead, I think DXO will include the K-3 Mk III camera support in the soon to be released PhotoLab 5. This is not from an official source as the DXO staff and beta testers are quite tight lipped but the consensus of speculation is that PhotoLab 5 will be released this month.

Have you seen any clues about what new features will be included Larry?

There is official information from DXO (Marie) that K-3/3 will be added with the next release. It should be released in a couple of weeks. Also Irix 150mm Macro for Pentax is planned to be added.

Hi Des,

All information and discussions are held pretty close to the vest. The NDAs are strictly observed. PhotoLab 5 should be released in a week or so.

Since Photolab 5 was released, my K-3 III DNG files all of a sudden started working with Photolab 4 Elite. No lens profiles though.

All, would you mind requesting DXO support for the DA* 16-50 F2.8 PLM and for the DFA 21 2.4 limited?

Thank You
