Photoshop is such a versatile program that I would not recommend that you study it in a course. There are many case videos on YouTube. I would recommend the PIXimperfect channel to you

For me, it's not knowing what I don't know that gets in the way. While I've been using Photoshop since version 5.0, I probably still use it at a grade 3 level. Quite often I accidentally come across something and decide it's something I can use and learn how to use it.

LinkedIn Learning (was Lynda.com) has lots of photography instruction. Check with your local library as that may be an option for accessing it.

Have you considered Affinity's Photo instead of Photoshop?
