It depends. Each has their strengths.
DxO is better doing optical corrections, and doing general, intelligent
automated fixups and image processing.
However I find Lightroom's RAW processing superior when it comes to handling high-ISO noise and in rendering detail more generally.
LR is also, of course, a comprehensive image manager/ database, as well as a powerful RAW processor. DxO isn't an image manager/database, just a fancy RAW processor really.
So I first tend to run my images through LR, then use DxO to provide a second opinion on specific images or a batch of images, or to do some tweaking using some of DxO's special tricks.
