Need some advice...

How do you guys think I should post process this file?

Here it is as shot:

And what I have done so far:

The main two things I am looking for advice on are cropping and how people typically brighten up and whiten up eyes.

If you would like, I could share the RAW file as well if you would like to toy with it

What software do you have to use in post, Eric?

Adobe CS4 and iPhoto.
