I am a University student and I am currently undertaking research regarding picture editing software for a project. Depends what you define as a "photo editor". I do most of my editing in Silkypix Pro & Xnview, but you've included neither of these.

Also where's Paint Shop Pro? That's certainly a bigger player than some of the obscure programs you've listed.
