Item Description
As said, my K10D is DEAD and I need to get a K-X.

Here is a wonderful macro lens made by Komine. It is exactly the same as the one here.

I totally agree with the reviews on the forum. It is a wonderful 1:1 Macro lens. You can also use it for portrait lens.

It does not have an "A" setting so you have to use the green button to...

CONDITION:
As discussed before, it is similar to the Kiron Macro in terms of image quality. It is slightly prone to flare which is not too different from the Kiron Macro. It is very well built and the focusing throw is long and a bit tight (again very similar to the Kiron).

From outside, it looks mint. The aperture is snappy and no oil is present. However, there are some dust inside the lens element (no fog or fungus). For that reason, I lower the asking price.

Here I pick up some pictures taken by the lens using my K10D.
1. with F1.7X 100% crop.
2. portrait
3. 100% crop (no adjustment for color temperature)
4. portrait
5. 100% crop (no adjustment)

A fun value lens for macro especially in the field. Check out the reviews.

Thanks.

A great lens to be honest. Other than the minor flare issue, it is perfect. But flare is not a problem for macro use or for daily use. I have not been bothered by it at all. You can see the field photos. Not a hint of flare.
