Item Description
Tokina EL 28mm F/2.8 Wide Angle lens.

The lens is in like new condition, but I mark it a excellent because I do not have the box or the original front/back caps. There almost no marks in the mount of the little use it got. The lens is clean and free of oil or fungus.

It is not getting any use. I have the FA 35mm f/2

Where does this lens come in comparison to the Tokina RMC 28? Is it older or newer?

There are from the same era. Both look identicaly, except the RMC label. There are no other differences. The RMC refers to the coating of the lens not the model of the lens if I am not mistaken. Maybe someone know more about it.
