[SOLD] FS: Kiron A 105mm F2.8 Macro

SOLD! It was indeed a very popular lense; best bidder offered 225 EUROS. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR INTEREST.

As far as I know, this is one of the most wanted Macro lenses ever made for Pentax. It is very rare to be sold. And even I still hesitate whether to sell...

Here it is. Kiron has built this fantastic Macro Lens with a Pentax-A mount. So even DSLR's like K10d, or IST*DS will work flawlessly with this one.

In excellent condition. Comes with original box, manual and caps.

Anyone interested? Will ship internationally; payment via paypal.

Cheers!
Syb

He probably got another macro lens :P Just look at those photos. Sharp, nice bokeh, thin DOF, limited angle of view as pixelprunner mentioned...prolly some 90mm+ macro .

I'm interested but wana see a picture of the whole darn product, not some arty shots that show little of the condition of the lens. sorry if I'm being paranoid - i like to see before i buy.

The entire thing, then

Here it comes. True, I do have another Macro lens, and I like to use it. I uploaded these pics first, because I thought you knew what the lens as a whole looks like. --- So: Not because the thing is in parts (it is a great thing, in one piece). Not either because someone painted on the focusing ring. That's because this never happened. --- Apparently you do not know. So take a look:

One image is with the built-in-lenshood extended.
The other is the lenshood retracted.

Enjoy!

Regrets...?

I have agreed to sell this jewel. Started reading a little bit more about it. And now I am afraid I will cancel the sale.

On the other hand: my main reason for selling is that the new Sigma (which I had as well) has easier focus mechanism. Focusing with the Kiron takes some force. Much more than, for instance the Pentax M100/2.8 or the M135/3.5 (and the Sigma).

This made the lens harder to use. And I hardly ever took it when I went out in the fields.

So... will I regret? What do you think?
