The sale is a BRAND NEW fabulous lens. I think I don't need say much for this lens. It was reviewed sharper than FA 50mm 1.4 at F1.7 and more, and one of sharpest lens at wide open. The lens is in brand new condition. This lens was discontinued long time ago, so it is rarely hard to find the one in new condition. Come with box, lens manual, serial number card, and of course both genuine caps.

Guess I jump on the same boat earlier. I received one today from FL. Absolutely old new stock. Its focus on my k-x is spot on.

Hands down my favorite prime lens. I rarely take it off my camera. Can't say enough good about it. I'm tempted to buy this as backup!

This lens has a different lineage from the F/FA 50mm f/1.4. This is derived from the Takumar 55mm f/1.8 while the 1.4 is derived from the 50mm f/1.4. This is NOT just a less capable version of the f/1.4. It is a different and very unique lens.

All other lenses in my bag can go, this one stays.

I bought a same used F50 1.7 from the seller and the lens is condition is great - basically like new - just without the box. I wanted this new one after I saw it is available, but after I received the used one I changed my mind... since the used one is really in mint condition.

Good lens, shaper than my FA50 1.4. Focus is fast (indoor noon time) with my K200.

Bump for a good lens.
