Can't help you with balancing the budget but I can vouch for the lens. Here's a few on a film camera (don't hate the photos, they are of My personal preference) and please use the PM for discussion of photos if anyone wants to.

Don't know what the significance of the elk is. There are graves there more than 150 years old so it may just be a marker for a section of the cemetery.

This is a K-mount--Pentax Mount. This is not the m42 version.

Full frame fisheye for a fair fee.

Buy it before Photokina and personalize the disappointment when no FF camera is announced.
