I'm sad to be listing these lenses, it was not easy to acquire such nice copies of these classics.
SMC Pentax-F 28mm F2.8 $250 SOLD
This is a great copy of this lens, being replaced by my Pentax-A 28/2. The F is actually a hair sharper at F4+, but I enjoy MF and the extra bit of speed in the Pentax-A.
This lens is quite sharp from F2.8, there is only a minor increase in resolution from F4 and beyond. A great compact, slightly wide lens to use on your APS-C DSLR, or a great wide angle on your FF (film?).
Body and glass both in excellent condition. Focus and aperture work properly. Also includes the original box, which has a decent chunk of the silver finish ripped off.
SMC Pentax-F 100mm F2.8 Macro $400 SOLD
Parting with this guy, although it's made plenty of great macro shots for me. I'm thinking of upgrading to the newer WR Macro because I'm a sucker for the Ltd look. Although, this F lens is built like a tank with a full metal body, so it is no slouch in the build quality department. It has a focus limiting switch to help keep focus under control when you don't need macro.
Body and glass both in excellent condition. Focus and aperture work properly.
SMC Pentax-F 135mm F2.8 $450 SOLD
Great lens, real sharp, nice close focus at 0.7m, blazing fast AF especially on the K-7. Great bokeh with 9 aperture blades. Plenty of people keep this lens and sell their DA* 50-135mm. I've used it to produce some nice sports shots and some candid portraits, but lately I've been reaching for the K135/2.5 more because I enjoy MF.
Body is in excellent condition. Focus and aperture work properly. There are a couple tiny knicks (~1mm long, razor thin) in the coating at the center of the front element, which were there when I bought the lens used. These are barely visible to the naked eye (and you have to get the angle and lighting just right to see them), and they do not affect the IQ of this lens in any discernible manner. I've shot in plenty of situations and the output has always been consistent. Just the type of thing that I like to mention under full disclosure of the item condition.
