[SOLD] MF goodness -- Zeiss ZK, CZJ Biotar 75 M42, Meyer Trioplan and Viv Series 1 10

7/31/10: It's a long weekend up here in Canada, so I'll be away--I'll still try to reply to PM's but just so you know...

Zeiss ZK 85mm 1.4 T* Planar-- Like New, 3 months old, original owner -- $900; includes all packaging and original accessories. [SOLD]

Zeiss ZK 25mm 2.8 T* Distagon-- Excellent, second owner -- $575; includes all packaging and original accessories.[SOLD]

Carl Zeiss Jena Biotar T 75mm 1.5 M42 1Q-- Excellent, not original owner -- $725, shipped and paypalled (dropped from $800 > $750) With native M42 mount and red T coating; 1Q designates highest quality. Aperture is very smooth, no sign of oil. No fungus or scratches on glass, but some fine internal dust. Non-original caps. Only negative is that the filter ring is slightly out of shape and will not take a filter. I'm including a rubber hood that I've altered (read: sawed) so that you can pinch it and place it in the threads.

Meyer-Optik Gorlitz 100mm 2.8 Trioplan 1Q-- VG, not original owner -- $175, shipped and paypalled (dropped from $200) M42 mount --all 15 blades moving smoothly. Front and rear caps + leather case. Glass has two small bubbles internally which will not affect the image. There are some hairline cleaning marks on the front.

Vivitar Series 1 105mm/2.5 Macro -- Like New, second owner -- $400; includes both caps, leather case, box and all packaging. [SOLD]

All prices in USD, but shipping from Canada. Paypal fees and express shipping, with full insuarnce, are included in the price within North America. Worldwide, see below. Canadians have the option of paying via Interac Email Money transfer and pay at par... and save on the conversion and all those freakin' taxes!!!

I'll try and get some photos up in the next few days.

I will entertain offers, but will always give preference to people who meet my price--sorry, but it's just better for me! I can't hold things unless I get a firm commitment to buy, because that's also unfair to both myself and other potential buyers.
Shipping is via Canada Post ExpressPost with full insurance. Items will therefore be declared on the customs strip at full value (or there wouldn't be any point in insuring them, eh?), but I can mark it as a gift if that helps. Taxes have already been paid on this stuff, so why pay more
Will ship worldwide, but only to forum members with some feedback here please. Cost will be an additional $35. Sorry for the inconvenience, but paypal only verifies transactions within North America.

They are pretty sexy

Zeiss ZK Distagon T* 25/2.8

Here's a blow up of the paint loss on the focusing ring and the base (to the right of "Japan"):

Note the filter ring in this first shot:

Bump for the weekend! Everything's still available!

I'll be checking PM's regularly, but not as often as when I'm at my desk all week.

Thanks aCIDfire,
It is a great lens--the huge focus ring feels great and focus is so incredibly smooth. Great colour and beautiful rendering.
A few from today...
at f/2.5

at f/3.5 (oops not from today, but I like this one for its detail)

Here are a few shots from the Carl Zeiss Jena Biotar T 75mm/1.5. Hard to find in the M42 mount.

Very unique rendering wide open, and becomes very smooth stopped down, I find. Quite sharp wide open too, with excellent contrast and colour. Has that trademark swirl.

wide open:

f/2.8:

Maybe an addiction... to fossil fuels! Thanks for the bump!

Probably in another year when I sell this stuff, buy new stuff with the money and then sell that stuff, but nothing at this time--thanks!

Oh wait! I do have a Contax Zeiss 35-70/3.4 in excellent+ condition. Works on Canon with adapter or could be adapted to Pentax with a Leitax kit. I got the kit, but then got other plans. I might list that in a bit.... PM sent
