Purchased originally on 5/2/2010. Less than 4000 shutter actuations.

I purchased this K-x to shoot a wedding ceremony in a church where they did not allow flash. It did a great job, and I was very pleased with it. It actually is a brilliant little camera, and certain things about it make it a joy to use. The flash is better than my K10D/K20D and overall I find the info display a HUGE help when trying to do match-needle metering in manual in bright sunlight.

It has had a high quality glass LCD protector on it from day one. The strap is new, as is the USB cable. I used straps and cable from my K10D. The box is in good condition as is the manual. Paperwork and CD also included. Everything that came in the box EXCEPT the 18-55mm which was sold separately. (The pictured quick release strap is not included, though, as stated the included strap is new).

Photos from the camera: I took it on vacation in August. Used it for snapshots. A couple of notable things here. 1. I am not sure what all the talk is about K-x blowing highlights. With the settings I had, I was not blowing highlights even on the beach. The photo with the white hat even shows some detail in the very white highlights. So I am not sure what that complaint is. Seems at least as good as my K20D. I use M mode and dial in exposure. Seems spot on to me, even on the beach. 2. These photos have absolutely no post processing. That is, JPG files directly from the camera. Sharpness is very good.
