I normally will have a blog post about interesting gear but time is in not in my favor and hence I refer you to the wonderful product shots and description of the 1.5 to 1 life size macro converter with sample shots. I have tried it once and it is sort of amazing considering the cost

I tried it on FA 50mm f/1.4 and Cosina 55mm f/1.2 but I don't have the pictures to show with me. This is a K mount converter and need stop-down metering in M mode.

I was still rubbing my eyes this morning when I read out..21..40..50..70..holy smokes! and then to find out its you!!

Sorry to hear about your K-x.

..but painfully I agree and you have more experience on this issue (as I remain somewhat ignorant of new tech and stubbornly insistent on using manual focus only.) I'm not clear on what direction pentax wants to take and nikon seems to be making some head way with each release of theirs. Something about pentax bodies though that still compells me to be the fanboy that I am. Like going stick shift on an old rust bucket.
