This is a brilliant lens and I am only selling it because in my enthusiasm I got two of them.
The images I've got came 100% in focus and stunningly sharp almost prime quality. Having used Tamron 17-50/2.8 which had a great repution, I was blown away by this lens.
If you don't need a fast f2.8 zoom, I don't think you can do better than this one. It is also splash-proof, but not quite weather-proof like the DA*16-50mm I believe.
