Thanks Pixley. Lots of views, but no interest? I'm not sure what is going on. This lens cost me over $1200 and its just as good, if not better than new. Maybe the 'dropped and repaired' part is scaring some people away. It will be off to ebay soon if there is no interest from the forum.

that may be so Pixley, but a great camera such as the K-5 deserves a great lens and this is one of the best.

Not that it helps, but I think that our good $AU is not helping, because not only does it push away international sellers, it makes international sellers more attractive...

Thanks JTME. It's not a good time to be an exporter. I was rather hoping to sell it in OZ... might just have to withdraw it and bide my time.

I would easily recommend the OP as a trade partner or even a straight sale. Very nice person to negotiate with. So, a nudge for being a decent person! A real rarity here anymore.

I can thoroughly recommend this lens on the K5. I have the combo and it is awesome together. I am surprised this lens has not been snapped up. They don't come much better

If I understand the way it is put, I find brecklundin's comment on "decent people being rare here" as totally distasteful and out of place.
You obviously dont know the people here very well.
Only the fact that, I perhaps am misunderstanding the motive, I would have deleted it. Perhaps he might delete it himself???

Brecklundin, thanks for the kind words and the bump.

Bramela, please don't take Breklundins comment out of context, he was just trying to be nice. And thanks for the recommendation. Part of the reason I'm trying to sell this lens is to fund the purchase of a K-5. I'm drooling over the improvements compared to my K-7
