Some small scratches on top of prism housing. Light meter is working and accurate. Batteries included. Working great in all aspects mechanically. Slight dust and scratches on focusing screen and should not interfere with focusing and shooting at all. Free Mint working Vivitar Auto 252 flash + documents of the flash + Asahi Pentax MX manual is included in sell.     Formula 5 MC 80~205mm 1:4.5 K-mount zoom - $20 or (best offer + paypal 3% fee/ or gift option so no fee is charged )Glass is clear, no observable scratches, no fungus or haze. Very slight dust. Focusing and zooming is very smooth. No oils on blades and aperture is quick and snappy. The lens has built-in hood.
