[SOLD] 2 Nice K SMC lenses: 35mm f/3.5 and 135mm f/3.5 (Worldwide)

Pentax SMC 35mm f/3.5 - $79 - SOLD
Pentax SMC 135mm f/3.5 - $49 - SOLD

Shipping in US - $6.95 for one, 10.70 for both (or more). International shipping available, please ask about price.

I am making a concerted effort to turn my lens collection into a lens kit, i.e. passing on stuff that I don't use very often. So I should have a few lenses to list over the next few days. These are all very nice lenses, that produce excellent images, so I hope someone can make better use of them.

This SMC "K" 35mm f/3.5 has an irregular ring of spots of lighter color visible around the very edge of the front element. It does not look like fungus, could be element separation or extra glue. It does not come anywhere near the field of view and has no effect on pictures taken. There has been no change in the time I have owned the lens, but I suppose it could worsen in the future. The price is low to reflect this risk, eBay prices are well over $100 when you can even find this lens for sale. I have tried to show the area in pictures, but it is not easy to photograph. Otherwise lens looks great, with minor dust and slight discoloration of the rear exterior (not the glass). Focus is smooth, and while the aperture feels a little sluggish, I have confirmed that it stops down fully even at top shutter speeds on a film body. Front cap and case are included, not the rear cap despite being in the picture. This lens is famous for its sharpness and colors, and I looked for this one for a long time.

The SMC "K" 135mm is a little bigger than its M cousin, with a different optical formula. It is also much less common. The only blemish on this lens beyond the usual slight dust and brassing is a whitish discoloration on the exterior of the lens barrel, shown in pictures. No caps or case, but a front UV filter is included. Snappy aperture, smooth focus, nice IQ. eBay comparable BINs are $89, $109; average price in our lens review section is over $100.

If you find anything not as described, I am happy to refund your money. Please ask any questions you might have. Thanks for looking!
Nick

Not looking for lenses in these focal lengths, but very likely will be very interested in other lenses you put on sale. Good luck 'slimming' your collection.
