Yes, I ship to France. If you put Green US Cash in my pocket (via Paypal) I don't care where the lens(es) goes/go. Duties and import fees are Your responsibility however.

I second this one. This is a GREAT lens. My new *ist kit lens! So far I am very happy that I broke the Hello Kitty bank to go there! Definitely worth it, IMHO.
