[SOLD] 3 nice manual lenses - M 50/4 macro, A 50/2, Sigma Mini Wide II 28/2.8 (Worldw

Hello everyone! As I have posted previously, I am trying to pare down to just the lenses I actually use. As a result I am letting go some pretty nice glass that I just don't use enough. Focusing manually is much trickier for me on a DSLR than it was on my good old MX; maybe you'd like to give it a shot? Here are some nice lenses with which to try:

SMC Pentax-M 50mm f/4 Macro - $89 SOLD
Sigma Mini Wide II 28mm f/2.8 "Macro" (PKA) - $49 SOLD
SMC Pentax-A 50mm f/2 - $25 - SOLD

Shipping in the US is $4.95 for one lens, $7.95 for any two or $10.70 for all three. International shipping is available, please ask about costs to your country (Canada just a few dollars more, for instance). I am happy to give a full refund if anything is other than as described.

SMC Pentax-M 50mm f/4 Macro
I almost can't believe you can get a lens this good for such a low price. Deep rich colors, contrasty and sharp, solid metal build with smooth focusing and crisp aperture function. No haze, scratches or fungus on the glass. Does have a few areas minor paint loss externally, and has a ding in the filter ring (still takes filters). With original case (somewhat worn) and generic caps. Although not the fastest and limited to 1:2 magnification, this is the smallest and lightest (165g!) macro lens around. Quite nice for a walkbout in a garden, and will take a nice shot of your companion(s) while you're at it.

Sigma Mini Wide II 28mm f/2.8 "Macro" (PKA)
This lens is a little gem. I sold my first copy, then had to get another because I missed it; now this one is under-used, and should be passed on. 28mm is a great "normal" focal length, and while f/2.8 isn't fast, it does beat all but the most expensive zooms. The "macro" is only 1:4.5 magnification, but that is enough to give a very nice picture of a flower or similar - it focuses down to 22 cm. Being version II it does have the "A" contacts, with all the benefits as above. I find it a little less contrasty and saturated than Pentax lenses, but very sharp, and with a little bump in processing I do not see much if any difference. This copy has one number partially missing on the distance scale, but is otherwise pristine. Aperture ring is just a little balky, as it has been since it was new according to the only other owner. (I kept it on "A" mode at all times with no issues). Focus is smooth, blades are snappy. It comes with Sigma front and rear caps, as well as the original booklet. Although there are quite a few of these floating around, it is unusual to find one in such good condition.

SMC Pentax-A 50mm f/2
Cheap and plentiful, this nice little lens will still give a step up in IQ from the DA18-55mm lens for pictures of people and similar use. Also extremely small and light, very portable, and much faster than most zoom lenses. "A" contacts allow use of Program modes, Av and Tv, as well as use of P-TTL flash. I find this last use quite important, and it makes the "A" lenses far more convenient to use with the pop-up flash on a DSLR. This copy is in very good shape, with just a few minor cosmetic marks, perfect glass and excellent functioning in all ways. No caps or case, but I will keep a Hoya UV filter on to protect the front element.

Let me know if you have any questions, or any interest!
Thanks for looking,
Nick

Thanks Dave! Here's a few sample shots with the 50mm macro, I'll see if I can dig some up on the mini wide. The second shot is of course a 100% crop of the first.
