Can you point out the cosmetic issue with 1.7x TC element? I really can't tell much from the product shot. Also, is it some of the new stock from the last year or is it 10 yrs old?

Hi Lee, it seems to be some kind of coating imperfection. They are 4-5 dots on the lens edge and cannot be seen with naked eye. I think this adapter should be older than current Vietnamese version. However, the like-new cosmetic condition, made me think it was old Japan stock that was sold out no more than 2-3 years ago.
