So can you see much difference between your Beercans, optically? I gave up my Alpha days for a bargain K-7, really loved the 100-200 (lite beercan?) but never sipped from the notorious original - tempting. As to trades, I think I'm all Alpha-d out .

I have 2 copies, i mount them on a tripod and test them out, don't see a difference, meter the same, image comes out the same. I tend to use the beat up copy because I figured if I slam into something by mistake it'd hurt less lol.

The alpha mount is notorious for their zooms, so cheap and good, pentax have it better with the prime.

But then eventually everyone grow out of the cheap zoom, I'm thinking about picking up an 80-200 tonika f/2.8 (can't afford the G lens lol).
