This lens is in good condition. There is a small part of the coating at the edge (this gives it its Poor rate), something you can't see on 645D or 645N. The lens comes with 645-adapterring attached. I bought it like this, it was with a 645 camera. Used it myself on 645N and have set a treath over it on 645D. No box with it. It comes with front and rear cap. I'm second owner. It's from a skydiving school. Then again, it is build like a tank.
Selling it because I'm not going to invest into 645D.
