I used this lens as my summertime lens. It gave me a bit more range when outdoors, as I mostly take pictures of my kids. It is nice on vacation too, as it is a bit longer than a kit lens. It always exposed well, takes sharp pictures. It will include the original box, caps, papers, and a uv protector filter that I have had on since receiving it (purchasing from a forum member).
