Thank you Gabriel_bc. I have packaged the lens and I will ship it next hour.

About the Tamron SP 24-48mm f/3.5-4.5 adaptall-2 (13A). This is a rare lens that is hard to find. My copy is not good in the cosmetics and it has scuff marks in the front glass. But when I put it into actual use, it performs quite well for me. I bought this a while back from a UK seller for $110 + shipping and he did not disclose the conditions. And I have marked down the price accordingly and add in a compatible lens hood and front cap.

For those interested, you can see this photo and photo set for the lens condition in more detail

Current ebay listing for a good copy sells for $179

Thanks,
Hin

Fortunately I wasn't tempted by the 17mm - I picked one up locally the other day. Dang LBA!

The last few resulted in big bid wars. Luckily I managed to snag one but my wallet is in a world of hurt. I can't wait for it to arrive.

All the best with your sale Hin! (I still think you should keep that 17! I still regret selling my FA35/2...all for a body upgrade.)

One current listing for a good copy of Tamron SP 17mm f/3.5 adaptall-2 01A with p/k-a adapter is $435 in ebay

Tamron SP 17mm f3.5 Lens Pentax K20D K10D w/hood caps | eBay

My price on all lenses are priced fairly to sell. My copy has an internal built in filters for Yellow Y2, 80B and 81B. If you like film camera and b&w, these filters come in nicely.

Some samples taken with film

use with filter

Hinman: Are you giving up the Adaptall completely? I sold most of my FAs and A to get into Adaptall PKA, and I love them. You influenced most of my decisions with your reviews (which were right on the money). Are you abandonning Adaptall now? If you do, let me have the 17mm f3.5 then.
PS: I even bought two of each to make sure I still have one in case I lose one.

Hi Pete,

I have withdrawn the 17mm from sale due to lack of interest. I am not giving up on adaptall-2 entirely; otherwise, you will see three of my pk-a adapters out in the marketplace. I just have too many lens unused and hence the consolidation. I always make mistakes in selling lens that I now want to buy back. One of them is the DA 21mm limited and hence all the selling to make up funds to get back one lens that I truly miss in traveling, weekend single wide prime that is good with scenery, people and street shooting.

I still have the Tamron SP 80-200mm f/2.8 (30A), Tamron SP 200mm f/3.5 (04B) and Tamron SP 500mm f/8.0 (55B) mirror that I love using. Among the adaptall-2 zoom lens that I have sold, the most wonderful are Tamron SP 35-80mm f/2.8-3.8 (01A) and the Tamron SP 70-210mm f/3.5 (19AH).

Thanks,
Hin

Hin! I see you are selling the 70-150 (20A). It is a great lens and is always in my bag. For samples I have taken with this lens:

Hin may be wanting to sell his, but I will not be parting with mine!

Steve
I am going to listen to my good friend and withdraw the sale of the various items. I will mark the sale thread as sold next.

Thanks,
Hin
