Genuine PENTAX Hot Shoe Grip (Part no. 37126) in box with cord. Listed as excellent but the item itself is near mint (no instructions so listed as excellent).

This is a somewhat rare genuine Pentax accessory for your flash so you can take it off camera.

From the accessory description on this site:
Grip for hand-holding or tripod mounting a TTL (or older flash). The hot shoe has 4 contacts (incl. ground), and is thus not suitable for a P-TTL flash which requires 5 contacts. The grip has two connectors for 4P sync cords, one could be connected to the camera, the other to a second flash. The grip has a switch which disables automatic setting of sync speed thus permitting slow sync flash photography.

You could use it for newer flashes and cameras too if you wanted as a grip and just not use the sync cord.

It has storage in the base for spare cord or batteries (they don't power the unit, but will hold them for flash spares which also helps to balance the grip.
