Very nice pictures, if only this had shown up 2 weeks ago, before buying a new Tamron 70 - 200 at the same price...

Good luck with the sale, it should not take long.

Thanks for checking in. The one photo of the black Audi was taken before LeMans season. Pretty exclusive photo.
Had a tough decision to make on which system to give up. The Canon 7d was just no match for sports photography. Love the color rendition of my Pentax. Have been shooting Pentax even with film. Thanks again.

Are you pleased with your Tamron 70-200 or do you think the Sigma 70-200 would work better for you.

Allan. Is the Sigma still under warranty? Does it have any FF issues?

Past warranty. No focus issues that I can note of. Pretty sharp.

I have not yet tested out my Tamron *still waiting to get it shipped* From what i have read the focus speed and quietness of the Sigma is way better, but the Tamron seems to have a slight edge in Image quality. Buying the Tamron was a compromise in the way that i want to use it in Sports photography and every bit of speed is crucial there.
But i cant say i regret having bought the Tamron, since i also have the matching TC, whereas i would need to buy a matching TC for the Sigma... But you cant go wrong with anyone of them. There is a good article about sportszooms on the Forum.

HSM motor very quiet. Great for photographing events that you want to be unobtrusive. Have been using mine with k10d and works well. I bet this would work even better with more modern Pentax.
