[SOLD] Who wants a Macro? 2 available in here.

First up is a Sigma 50mm f2.8 1:1 Macro. Overall, it's a decent lens capable of sharp photos, especially if stopped down some. Wide open, as a regular 50mm it's a touch soft. It is also somewhat prone to some purple fringing in very high contrast situations. I personally don't consider that a problem because I can make any lens in my kit do the same thing. If it's bothersome to you however, you might want to look elsewhere for a 1:1. Condition is good (click on each photo to pixel peep at it). No real wear to be found though it could stand a cleaning and I'm going to leave that to you. Aperture seems to be working properly and this Is an A type lens. So you can shoot any mode you wish, you'll just have to manually focus it. Anyone with some experience with macros will tell you that AF with a Macro lens, closeup, sucks anyway so look at it as one less thing to break.

Photos taken today with this lens can be found here.

You can view the PF forums page on this lens here.

Sold

Shipping:

Figure within the USA, $8 per package. If you want both lenses, I can put them in the same box. Alaska and Hawaii may be different, I don't know. Never sent a lens to either state. APO/FPO are welcome at no extra 'fee' charge.

Canada, probably in the neighborhood of $12 per for standard non priority shipping. Europe, Asia, Australia, etc, figure on about $25 for regular postal. If you want tracking and insurance, you'll have to go with EMS or similar. Figure 2 pounds per box for these or 3 pounds for both (those numbers usually put the price dead on).

I don't make money on shipping but will not lose it either.

Payment. Paypal or POSTAL money orders only. I will not accept bank transfers and will not pay an exchange fee for accepting your payment.

Shipping will take place within 3 business days of your payment CLEARED.

Refunds. None whatsoever. I'm happy to give you all the info you need to make an informed purchase so you know exactly what you are getting. After payment and shipment is not the time to ask questions.

Holds. I Do Not hold or mark items pending. If the price is still visible and hasn't been replaced by Sold, it's still available. If you want it, pay for it, then it's yours.

I think that is all the most fair to everyone involved.

Thank you for looking and enjoy your new macros.

The Super Takumar (2nd one) requires an adapter when screwing into a K-X, right?

Yes, an M42 adapter is required to use this on Any Pentax dSLR (and all other dSLRs for that matter).
