Reluctantly selling off the lens made famous in the first ever "Single in.." challenge, back in September 2010. ....well maybe it's not so much famous as you can get a good indication of the IQ from this varied sample set

This copy is in excellent condition. The only blemish I can see is some minor wearing on the focus ring (please see the 2nd photo below). The lens comes with original front and rear caps as well as the genuine pouch. Shipped in the original box with all the original paperwork. Oh yeah and I'll throw in a decent UV filter just so she stays safe out front (she's always had it on).

This really is a pearler of a lens - as the numerous reviews on here will testify. The only reason for the sale is that after all these years, and with what I thought was steely resolve, I have succumbed to the lure of the FA31. I wish I could afford to keep this, in case the FA Ltd doesn't live up to its hype, but I now have to pay the credit card

Postage/Shipping is a flat rate to Australia - $20.00 registered and insured.

Top lens, even argued to be one of the best.
I'd be all over this if I didn't have so much overlap at that focal length already!

I hear you Ash, and if I could afford to keep it and the FA31 then I'd be wrapped. I used to consider these two lenses as competition (or the DA35 as a poor man's version in that focal length), but they are VERY different lenses. I'd like to think they're complementary.....but a very limited (pardon the pun) budget sees me having to bid farewell to the old girl!

Yeah, I get that as well.
Already having a macro makes the 35 ltd less needed, but it is a fine little gem.
