Looking for *any* brand (Kenko, Bower, Vivitar, Monkeybutt) or any type (1.4x, 2x, 3x) of teleconverter that is Pentax KA (autofocus).

The mount ends will look like this:


I'm going to take the elements out and use it for macro extension tubes, so cheap (~sub $40) is the name of the game. Hazy, scratched, or missing elements are fine as long as the AF works through it.

Bonus points (and $) for functional SDM contacts, but not necessary.
