[SOLD] Pentax mount teleconverters (CONUS)

I have five Pentax mount teleconverters for sale. I'll post pictures on my photobucket page for those interested.

1. Pentax 1.7x AFA converter. Purchased new - mint condition. $420 (includes shipping, in US only). SOLD

2. Tamron 1.4x AF Pz converter. Purchased used from another forum member - excellent condition. $225 (includes shipping, in US only). SOLD

3. Pentax 1.4xS converter (manual focus). Purchased used from another forum member. Very good condition. $200 (includes shipping, in US only). SOLD

4. Pentax 2.0xL converter (manual focus). Also purchased used from a forum member. Good condition, with some wear on the outside. $225 (includes shipping, in US only).

5. Kenko 1.5x converter (autofocus, but not the Pz version). Purchased new, in excellent condition. $90 (includes shipping, in US only).

Let me know if you're interested in any of these. I will sell separately.

Pete

Interested in Kenko 1.5x converter

Do you happen to know if it will work with Pentax DA* 300mm f4?

Hi Richard,

The autofocus does work, though it's not a fast combination. During the day with good light it will work fine, though as it starts to get a bit dark the viewfinder gets dark and the autofocus can struggle a bit. Better for static subjects. Birds-in-flight are possible but it's best for shots where you don't need to do a lot of tracking. Also, the electronics in the converter don't fully communicate with the camera - they do for AF purposes, but in the EXIF data in your pictures, the shooting length will still read 300mm.
