If you've wanted a 31mm Ltd and couldn't afford it, this is the lens to get. In real world use, there's not much difference (I've owned both). A perfect "normal" FL.

I have one of these, and it's a great lens for digital, and absolutely fantastic for film. No pentaxian should be without a copy of this lens.

You are tempting me, but I have the SuperTak 35mm f2. Is this the same formula but with AF? Or is there any difference?

I'm ridiculously tempted by this lens, but I just think it would be too close to my 43 to be very practical.

Pepe, I high doubt it is, the FA has an asperical element for one thing that the Tak wouldn't have. I've owned the FA and 2 versions of the Tak and the FA also has a slightly warmer tone IMO that I would put down to different lens coatings.

IMO, a 35 is a much different beast than a 43.

Easily my most used lens. I will agree with unixrevolution, I've used a 43 as well and it is very different. Best of luck with the sale.

Of course this is available at the same time I'm about to pull the trigger on a DA15. And that's a real need since I already have a couple of 35's.

Good luck with your sale.
