Comes with a generic m42 adapter, Soligor front cap with attached lens cap keeper, generic rear k-mount cap. The generic adapter keeps the lens rotated clockwise about 45 degrees when mounted.

There is a second ring next to the aperture ring that lets you open and close the aperture blades for framing and shooting.

The glass is clean with the usual dust. There is no fungus. The aperture blades are a bit oily, but it shouldn't affect the performance of the lens since it doesn't support automatic aperture anyways.
