Long story short, this is a crank wind Seagull TLR that looks very nice, but it won't cock the shutter. Everything else seems fine, but I cant say anything for sure. If you know how to fix it, or if you just want it as a bookend this could be a good deal. If you think $25 is too much then make me an offer. The worst thing that happens is I say no!
