Item Description
Up for sale is my copy of the legendary Pentax SMC zoom lens the FA* 80-200/f2.8. If you are considering this lens then you already are aware of the high image quality output from one of Pentax’s best zoom lenses.

I am the second owner of the lens and it has been kept in excellent condition with no apparent marks or scratches on either the body or the glass. (Exceptions: slight marks on the rubber portion of the hood. These are barely visible and one very tiny scratch on the aperture ring near f/4 -see photo #4)The condition is as close as you find to new on the used market. I am selling because I have migrated to a different platform and no longer have a Pentax body to use the lens on. It comes with hood, original front & rear caps, box & warranty card, & factory soft case with strap.

Asking price is $1,695 shipped via USPS Priority insured to the continental USA only. I’ll offer a discount of $100 for local pickup. I can accept USPS Money order, cashiers check or personal check (shipping after funds have cleared) If you would like to use Paypal, please add 3% to the sales price. Serious offers only will be considered.
