I think this is one of the ugliest lens ever, but the pictures from it are one of the best!

I love my FA135/2.8. It is amazing lens in terms of IQ. Good luck with your sale.

Actually, I think this chunky lens is one that looks kind of cool in the grey-green "F" paint scheme. Goes with the massive metallic look of the lens.

I usually find the F lenses much uglier than the FA lenses. But that little grooved focus ring is still nasty compared to the rubber ones on FA lenses.

My only (inadvertent) F lens is 85/2.8 Soft, all the rest I have the FA versions.

I disagree, I really dig the look of the F lenses, they seem to mean business and have that post-modern art inspiration hat wouldn't be out of place in a Star Wars movie.

I never realized this lens had a built-in hood, it must be one of the last lenses to have that.

Now that you mention that, it does look somewhat inspired by starwars. It does have some unique flair to it, especially the PZ series. I'm not sure that it translates well into a photographer's tool though. But maybe that's just because my first body from this generation (PZ-7) wasted a roll of my film on its first run

At any rate I hope the new owner will enjoy the lens

I'm certainly looking forward to delivery and getting out with it, it's step 2 of 3 in my '3 prime plan', hopefully one day I'll add a DA15mm to go with this and the DA*55mm!

Lens arrived yesterday, haven't had a chance to use it properly but just to say it is better than described, virtually mint, and packing was first rate. Looking forward to getting out with it asap now! Thanks a lot.
