For Sale - Sold: Sony NEX5 w/ charger and two batteries - Price drop - $300 shipped

For sale is a black Sony NEX5, updated with the latest firmware. The camera in in excellent condition and comes with a screen protector on the rear LCD, charger and an extra genuine Sony battery (two total). Also available is a Sony 16/2.8 lens with caps and hood. I don't have the box, instructions or anything else that originally came with with the camera or lens. However, in addition to the NEX5 and 16/2.8, I have a Pentax K-NEX adapter that allows you to use any K mount lens with the NEX. This includes lenses without an aperture ring as this adapter has a ring that allows you to control the aperture.

I had bought this a few months back but just never really got a chance to use it much and didn't really click with the form factor. It's a great little camera, I just find that I prefer using my K-5 in almost all situations. I would prefer to sell everything as one package, but am willing to seperate things if no one wants it as a package.

Sony 16/2.8 lens (silver) w/ caps and hood: $150 shipped CONUS
Pentax K-NEX adapter: $25 shipped CONUS (only for sale with body or once body is sold) lens and adapter have been SOLD

If you'd like the EX+ M50/1.7 that is picture, that can be included in the package for an additional $40 for a total of $525.

I wish I had money to buy this. One friend is using Leica lenses on NEX-5 and getting outstanding results. One important feature of this camera is that live view is very fast and shows red marks on the focused spot. It makes manual focusing very easy.

Manual focus is pretty easy with this camera, which is obviously how you have to focus non-Sony lenses (Leica, Pentax or others). IQ is also excellent. I would keep it around except that I am currently raising funds for large purchase (of another camera) I just made
