The lake photo was shot with MZ-6 and Fuji Superia 400 scanned from 4x6 print. This lens is tack sharp. You don't need to spend seemingly unlimited funds for a few Limited lenses with very limited usability.

Bump for a good lens ... this lens has to be the fastest autofocusing lens on my K5 ... seemingly faster than the ultra-fast DA40 ltd, with almost-macro functionality to boot @70mm.

OP: Quick suggestion - a lens pic would probably be useful if you happen to have one.

The imperfection I mentioned is shown in the 2nd photo before the last. It's the horizontal white speck compared to the dust particle at 45 degree angle near the left edge. I never noticed its existence before, only a few days ago when I decided to sell it, I then used a magnifier to examine the lens all over to find it. I really don't know what is it. Is it removable or not; I simply don't want to touch it.

To those who have never used this lens, I must mention it here that it is a plastic construction; unlike M and A series, the build quality is not that great. The front barrel rotates to focus and it rocks a little. Nevertheless, these lenses are quite durable and I've never had any problem with them. Auto focus is fast and accurate. I have one F35-70 permanently attached on MZ-5N and another on K-x. At 50mm, I can't tell the difference in IQ between this lens and F50mm/1.7.

This is a little lens that is worth its weight in gold, very sharp and good to copy documents.

Thanks, the lens is sold. I hope I won't regret of selling it. You can see on ebay that there are many SF1 and SF10's for sale without lens. F35-70mm lens is becoming harder to find.

BTW, I still have a pair of F35-70 and 70-210 which I plan to list here in the future as I use mostly one lens, either F50mm/1.7 or DA40 on MZ-6 for traveling. It's a very small and light package.
