The original hood comes at a premium if you buy it separately. I love this lens, it's perhaps my best optically. Free bump.

How does it compare to the K135mm f2.5? Also, can you use it in MANUAL, or does it have to be used in Av?

I've not owned the K version, but it should be comparable, since it's the same optical design. With the lens switch on manual, you can use it in AV mode.It can also be used in manual mode with green button metering.

+1 on this being a sweet lens. I own one and it is a bokeh juggernaut. Beautiful color rendering and has a fabulous 3-d feel. This one's a keeper, it will probably by the last of my Taks to go on the sale forum. Get this one and see what you've been missing.

Yet another free bump!
