Tamron SP 90mm/2.5 Macro "1:1 package", Cactus V4s

PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing

Items for Sale
Tamron SP 90mm/2.5 plus 1:1 accessories, Cactus V4 triggers

Asking Prices
$250 and lower

Item Location
Toronto (Canada)

SOLD pending payment... Tamron Adaptall 90mm f/2.5 + PK/A + 2x TC + AE ext. tube "1:1 macro set"

Tamron SP 90mm f/2.5 Macro lens (52BB) with minty PK/A adapter (or Nikon AI and Minolta MD adapters, if you'd prefer them!) An excellent macro with pristine glass and an almost mint auto-aperture adapter. As sharp as almost any Pentax macro, but only goes to 1:2 magnification on its own (but keep reading). Only signs of use are a small scratch in the filter thread and the lens body is missing the little plastic window over the distance scale. Other than that, very clean inside and out, with smooth focus and snappy aperture! Includes original front and back caps, but no boxes.
Read reviews here.

This "1:1 set" also includes a pair of Adaptall 01F 2x Teleconverters. One has had the glass removed and functions as a 40mm extension tube (which reduces the working distance but provides approximately 1:1.4 magnification with AE functions and no optical degradation). The other still has its glass and is a fully functional 2x offering true 1:1 magnification on this lens at 180mm. Note that there is some element separation starting at the edges of the back glass, but this has no effect on macros (see image below)! This TC includes original adaptall front and back caps.

SOLD pending payment... $250 + shipping (see below)

SOLD Bower (Samyang, Rokinon, Vivitar, etc.) 85mm f/1.4

A very fast, modern, manual-focus portrait lens. Very sharp with lovely bokeh, and substantially well-built. Internal focusing with a very smooth focus throw and is very bright in the viewfinder. This copy is barely used, so all glass, aperture, and body are in excellent shape. Includes caps and hood, but no box.
Read reviews here.

SOLD $200+ shipping (see below)

Cactus V4 wireless flash triggers

Lightly used, complete set of wireless radio flash triggers (1 transmitter and 1 receiver). Smaller than the current Cactus V5's, with similar range, but only compatible with other V4's. Great for strobists and other remote flash needs. Includes all cables, Energizer lithium AAA's, spare unused (hard to find) transmitter batteries, box, instructions, and mini lighting setup book!

$30 + shipping (see below)

Unsolicited tribute to the 52BB. Mine was gathering dust for a couple of D FA 100mm years and I almost listed it. Thought I'd try it that day. It stayed; it's equal or superior to almost everything out there. (And I'd get the Bower too if it wasn't for the A*85 in the bag).

Thanks for the tribute, jac. It is a great lens, and equal to my 35mm Macro Ltd. in sharpness! Rather compact as well.

Hmmm... now you're making me reconsider!

EDIT: All PM's replied, 85mm sold, pending payment.

And the Bower 85mm/1.4 is sold!

Excellent Tamron 90mm macro and Cactus V4's still available...

5-day bump. The 90/180mm macro package is still available (w/ PKA adapter & tubes and 2X TC), as are the Cactus V4s.

Question on the Cactus. What would you say is it's reliable range and how does it cope inside around walls?

I haven't tested them specifically for the maximum range (but lots of others have - Google), however I've used them indoors around corners and behind walls many times (for interior architectural photography) and haven't had a problem.

Thats exactly my use. I have the el cheapo eBay ones and they're less than reliable when not in direct line of sight. I will check my finances and pm you later on today.
