For sale is a
Minolta/Sony mount version of an auto-focus Phoenix 100mm f3.5 macro lens with matching 1:1 macro adapter. This is the same lens as the Cosina-made 100mm f3.5 macro. I believe there was also a Vivitar-branded version of this lens. These lenses have been referred to as the "yogurt cup" or custard-in-a-yogurt-cup because of their good optics with plastic barrels.
Overall, the lens is in excellent working and cosmetic condition. The front and rear lens elements are flawless and the interior is free of dust, haze, and fungus. I would be hard pressed to find a mark on the lens barrel, but I will mention it's very easy to mark the barrel with finger prints because the plastic is so smooth. The lens focuses to a natural 1:2 reproduction ratio. The matching 49mm macro 1:1 adapter screws to the front of the lens (like a filter) which allows for even closer focusing. The adapter is included with the sale and is also in excellent condition.
I'm lazy tonight, so I'm only showing photos of the lens. The sale includes the lens, the matching 1:1 macro adapter, original front and rear lens caps, and the original box.

Since this is a Sony/Minolta mount version there is no aperture ring. I probably don't need to mention this, but since this is originally a Minolta-mount lens it will fit both Minolta film/DSLRs and newer Sony DSLRs.
The sale price is $75 plus shipping. I will take care of any PayPal fees. Sorry, I will NOT sell the macro adapter by itself (people are prone to losing these adapters for this Phoenix/Cosina lens).
