I used this almost everyday since I bought it just over a year ago and absolutely love it. It still grips as solidly as the day I purchased it. There is a few little dings as expected with normal use. It solidly holds my gripped K20D with a Sigma 400mm without slipping a bit. I am selling this because I am going to try giving ballheads a go.
