DA* 200/2.8 is the fastest telephoto among current Pentax AF prime lenses. It is also relatively compact, light and totally handholdable. This copy will ship with all original packaging, document, caps, hood and an International Warranty until May 2012.
I bought this lens for low light indoor stage performance but the AF speed under theses conditions really disappointed me. A trip to the factory with camera plus a new focusing screen improved the AF speed only marginally, so a strategic change is necessary.
