It may even look better on your Kx Rick

It is an extremely nice lens, tcbubbleleo mentioned the IQ against the DA14, I have seen images from both side by side and I believe it is better too, sharpness is outstanding wide open and stopped down; extremely sharp across the entire frame.

yes, very ture, i was choosing btn DA14, DA15, and these, ended up getting it because of the f2.8 and the built, yes it is MF lens, but i found it pretty easy to focus even for my K-x mirror-prizm( and "catch in focusing,) and for screnic with small aperture anything 1 ft away is pretty much infinately

Ah, such timing - and not the good type I really want one of these, but right now it's time to save for the K-5.
Once that is done the Samyang 14 is next on my list.. unless the budget stops at the fishy 8mm..

I have the 8mm also that I use for specialty shots, also a nice lens, does get pretty tough shooting with the 8mm outdoors though as it tends to flare quite a bit.

Shoot. Looks like I just missed it. I was literally in the process of writing one, somehow didn't see the last post.
