As I have mentioned in my Christmas Special #1 Zeiss 35mm F2.0 listing, I recently bought a Nikon F6 and need to pay the expenses. So second item I will be selling is the legendary Zeiss 50mm 1.4 Plannar for Pentax K mount. These lenses go for $600 to $750 on Canon or Nikon mounts. Absolutely a classic lens. This is one of the iconic 50mm lens ever produced in photography world, BOKEH of 1.4 to 2.0 is very creamy and dreamy, as soon as you stop it 2.0 or higher then the lens becomes sharpness galore. In Pentax Crop Sensor, this lens will be 75mm telephoto lens, ideal for shotting portraits or scenery with emphasis. I use my K-5 and its live view to shoot below F2.0 (Very shallow DOF) and anything above F2.0 can be shoot regularly using the viewfinder. Again, if I didn't fall in love with the Nikon F6, I would have never sell these lens, specially when FF Camera from Pentax is coming out next year (Rumor but very likely confirmed in Korean Forum as well) .

Only fault can be found on its metal hood. There is a small ding on the hood (Hood is made out of metal as well). That is why I decided to lower the price. Lens itself is flawless.
